- 7.30am: hot water & lemon, a handful of nuts or a piece of fruit
- 8am: wake-up & stretch with Pilates or yoga
- 8.45am: breakfast, shower, read, have a walk – there’s no rush!
- 10am: cookery workshop or your relaxation massage
- 1pm: lunch
- 2pm: creative workshop
- 4pm: afternoon snack & twilight walk
- 6pm: Pilates or yoga
- 7pm: relaxed evening meal & free-time to relax
- 9.30pm: sleep preparation – guided meditations, warm drinks, quiet time
All activities are optional. You can do as much or as little as you choose.
